I am Romina Rose Pedone, a Medical Oncology Fellow in my fourth year of residency at Policlinico Agostino Gemelli, Rome, Italy.

I am italian-american, with a double citizenship and that gets the best from two worlds.

I was born and raised in Italy in the countryside of Rome, and i moved during my collge years in the big antique Rome capital city. I studied medicine at Policlinico Roma Tor Vergata and ended university in october 2020. My fellowship in Medical Oncology started in november 2021 and is still ongoing.

Since the beginning of my residency, GU malignancies was one of my main interests.

Thanks to my mentees (Professor Roberto Iacovelli and Dr. Chiara Ciccarese) and my beloved co-fellows, we built a great team that achieves great results. We could defiantly say that hard work pays off.
