The Kidney Cancer Association is proud to host the 2025 International Kidney Cancer Symposium (IKCS): Europe. IKCS meetings are dynamic, multidisciplinary events that explore current trends and future directions in kidney cancer. Our community includes leading experts across academia, clinical care, industry, and advocacy who are committed to exchanging innovative ideas and pushing boundaries to advance kidney cancer care.

Early Registration Cutoff Date:  10 April, 2025.  Rates increase by 25% on 11 April. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: IKCSEU25 Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Received On or Before April 24, 2025:

Registration cancellations received via email at meetings@kidneycancer.org on or before Thursday, April 24, 2025 will be accepted, and all fees will be refunded, minus a  $35 administrative fee.

Cancellations Received After April 24, 2025:

Cancellations received after April 24, 2025 will not be refunded.

Non-Attendance:

No refunds will be issued for non-attendance at the conference.

Add-On Events (e.g., Rise-and-Shine Yoga):

Fees for optional events, such as Rise-and-Shine Yoga, are non-refundable after April 1, 2025.

Conference Cancellation (Force Majeure Clause):

In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), attendees will be eligible for a full refund of their registration fees. Please note that the Kidney Cancer Association will not reimburse travel or accommodation costs incurred by attendees.

Donations:

Donations made to the Kidney Cancer Association are non-refundable.

How to Cancel:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to meetings@kidneycancer.org. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
