This interactive 1-hour workshop will explore multidisciplinary approaches to localized and locally advanced kidney cancer through four case-based mini-sessions. Each case will feature a 10-minute focused presentation followed by a 5-minute panel discussion, allowing experts to weigh in on surgical, systemic, and radiation-based strategies.

Topics include:

• Localized RCC with tumor thrombus – surgical management and non-resectable considerations.
• Metastatic RCC with duodenal infiltration (non-surgical candidate) – radiation-led approaches and SBRT considerations.
• Oligometastatic metachronous recurrence – SBRT with surgical and systemic input.
• Synchronous metastatic RCC – systemic therapy with discussion on integrating surgery and radiation.

Moderated by Drs. Chad Tang and Daniel Shapiro, the workshop will emphasize practical decision-making across disciplines. Supported by Elekta and a Varian educational grant, the session is designed to foster collaborative discussion on optimizing localized treatment strategies for kidney cancer.
