To date, KCCure has raised over $2 million for kidney cancer research and advocacy, established a competitive, peer-reviewed research grant program, and created a global patient centered research program aimed at providing quantitative information about patient preferences and desires related to care and treatment. In addition to her work with KCCure, Dena is a member of the NCI Genitourinary Steering Committee and is the author of numerous publications related to patient reported outcomes in kidney cancer.
