Annika Fendler is leading a research group within the Department of Urology at the Charité University Hospital. Her interest lies in developing personalized therapy strategies by combining preclinical model systems with genomic and phenotypic characterization. Annika Fendler received her PhD at the Free University in Berlin Germany. She then trained as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the group of Walter Birchmeier in the Max Delbrueck Center in Berlin, Germany and in the group of Samra Turajlic at the Francis Crick Institute in London, UK.
