Speaker Ann Francke, CEO of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) in London and author of Create a Gender-Balanced Workplace, will lead a discussion on the importance of creating gender-inclusive workplaces, including common challenges when doing so and practical solutions to overcoming them. This session is open to both Women in RCC members and anyone who is an ally of this important KCA initiative.
